Get involved in the Preservation Of Wilderness

Friends of Mt. Evans and Lost Creek membership is free and open to the public. To become a full member, attend spring training to learn about wilderness stewardship and volunteering with the United States Forest Service. Upon sucessful completion of spring training, you will receive as USFS Volunteer uniform and you will be invited to join us in wilderness patrols.

Can't attend spring training? Just want the current scoop on what we are up to? Please sign up for our regular e-mail newsletters for the latest on our speaker series, meetings, trail construction, invasive plant control, and other volunteer opportunites. Most of our volunteer activities are open to everyone for participation.

Membership benefits include:

  • Annual spring Wilderness Stewardship training excursion.
